1. Eligibility
Triseum Game-To-Learn Promotion (“Program”) begins Monday, November 6, 2017 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM, ET, whichever is earlier (“Reward Period”). Participation in the Program is only open to legal residents of the United States and its Territories, who are 18 years of age or older. Limit one prize per person.
2. Sponsored Promotion
Participants may participate in the Program by registering and playing Triseum games (Arte: Mecenas and/or Variant: Limits). Participants who register and play either game by December 8, 2017 will be entered to win one (1) of the listed prizes worth $2000 USD (see Appendix A).
3. How to Participate
(1) Receive a qualifying game code from a Triseum representative and register at freegame.triseum.com. (2) Play the game and allow game play notification to be sent to Triseum. All registrations and game play must be received Triseum by December 8, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM ET to be eligible for the drawing of the grand prize. Triseum LLC reserves the exclusive right to determine valid registration and/or game play. Participants are limited to one entry per person.
4. Qualifying
Upon registration and verification of game play, players are eligible to participate in this promotion. Winners are subject to provider’s full terms and conditions. Final awarding of prizes will occur on Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Triseum LLC corporate office in Bryan, Texas, USA. Participants will be required to provide their complete name, address, email, and date of birth. Triseum LLC is not responsible for any computer related malfunction that prevents the participant from accessing or completing game play.
5. Terms and Restrictions:
Participants consent to receive periodic email or text pertaining to this Program and Triseum LLC games. Your consent to the above is not required to play the game. You may opt-out at any time.
6. Your Consent
The Participant is responsible for any damage/loss due to the use of the Triseum LLC games. Triseum LLC is not responsible for any malfunction or inconvenience that may occur. Game play codes obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Game play codes cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or bartered; all of which will be void. Duplicate requests and requests from anyone other than an authorized Triseum LLC representative will be voided. All entries and requests become the property of Triseum LLC and will not be returned. Program is void where taxed, prohibited, or restricted by law. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud rules and regulations. You cannot substitute, transfer, or redeem game play codes for cash. By participating in this Program, you agree to (i) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Triseum LLC and any respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) from any liability or damages which may arise of participation in the Program or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any product or service attained through this Program. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, misdirected requests or entries via email, texts, or mail, or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program or in any Program-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Program, who are acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or otherwise not in compliance with these terms, as solely determined by Released Parties will not be eligible. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Program.
7. Privacy Policy
Any personally identifiable information collected from Participant during participation in the Program will be collected by Triseum LLC and used by Triseum LLC and its respective affiliates and agents for administration and fulfillment of this Program as describe in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with Triseum LLC’s privacy policy as state at: www.triseum.com/privacy
